A dialer can optionally be assigned to an outbound client with the corresponding authorization. A dialer describes an automatic dialing program that automatically initiates an outbound call based on predefined data records and delivers it to an agent from the assigned agent pool of the client.

You import the data sets to be selected under Administration → [Outbound-Requests](https://help.telegra.de/space/TAK/5136908515/Outbound+Requests).
