Clients map the permissions for allowed actions and the behavior during and after an outgoing call. If an agent is assigned to more than one agent and changes this agent, he can thereby influence, among other things, which outgoing phone number is signaled and which post-processing time is granted to the agent after the call.

The configuration options of an outbound client in detail:

| | |
| --- | --- |
| **Name** | The name of the client. In most cases, this reflects the capability or the task area that is expected from the agent when using the client. |
| **Displayed phone number** | Defines the phone number to be displayed to the destination for outgoing calls. |
| **Recording possible y/n** | You can determine whether agents are allowed to record the calls made through this client. |
| **Recording direction** | Determines the type of recording:
- Only the agent is recorded
- Only the target is recorded
- Both interlocutors are recorded |
| **Record agent automatically** | If this option is activated, the agent is automatically recorded for outgoing calls via this client. The call destination (B side) is not recorded.
If there is a need to record both sides, the agent can start recording manually as usual with the appropriate setting on the client. |
| **Listening possible y/n** | If this right is enabled, team leaders have the possibility to listen to calls made about this client. |
| **Activate dialer y/n** | If you activate a dialer at the client and store corresponding outbound requests, the agent can start and stop the dialer manually after selecting the client. |
| **Postprocessing dialer y/n** | You can set whether the calls controlled by the dialer are allowed a post-processing time. |
| **Toggle possible y/n** | Administrators can determine per client whether outgoing calls are allowed to be maced or not. |
| **Toggle announcement** | Defines the audio file that will be played during the makel process. |
| **Toggle timeout** | Administrators can limit the maximum ringing time at the broker target. After this time (in seconds) expires, the agent is automatically reconnected to the original call partner. |
| **Postprocessing single call** | You can set whether outgoing individual calls are granted a post-processing time. |
| **Post-processing time** | Defines the duration of post-processing for single calls and dialer calls. |
| **Call classifier** | If a fast and uncomplicated call evaluation is desired, you can create different sets of classifiers and link them to a client. The activation of a classifier determines the selection of entries that are available during the post-processing of a call. |
| **Max. Target ringing time in seconds** | When the ringing time at the destination reaches this value, the ACD cancels the call. |

## Assign agents to a client

Any number of agents can be assigned to a client. When assigning, a priority can be assigned according to the school grade principle (1-5). If a call scheduled by the ACD is routed to the client by the callback or dialer function, this outbound call is first offered to the agents with the highest priority or delivered by the dialer.

Furthermore, you can set for each agent whether the signaled phone number should be the one set at the client or an individual phone number.
