Any number of mailboxes can be configured and stored as outboxes in each routing plan. An individual greeting can be selected for each mailbox.

Mailbox recordings can be downloaded as MP3 or sent by e-mail.

You can make the following settings for each mailbox:

| Name | Mailbox name |
| Announcement | The desired announcement |
| E-mail dispatch active Y/N | The mailbox recordings are sent to the e-mail address stored here. |
| E-mail message without caller recording | Also in the case that no recording was left, you will receive a notification by mail. |
| Max. Silence in seconds | You define after which duration the recording is automatically ended without a voice. |
| Max. Recording length in seconds | The max. length of the recording. The duration of the announcement is not taken into account. |

You can also specify the structure of the file name for mailbox recordings in the same way as for call recordings.
