Calls can also leave the waiting loop prematurely by pressing a key. Here are some options available to you to not let calls wait unnecessarily.

You can define a key in the configuration of a queue, which must be pressed by the caller to leave a queue.

To make sure that callers know that this option is available, you should store an announcement that refers to the corresponding key and the offer behind it. The announcement is always played after the intro announcement. If the expected waiting time is also announced, the interruption announcement is played after this.
