The announcement of the estimated waiting time is always played after the intro announcement. You decide whether the announcement comes from our system or whether you want to use your own announcements for the different waiting intervals. The selection in minutes determines from which estimated waiting time calculated by the ACD the announcement will be played. In the example below, if the estimated waiting time is less than 5 minutes, no announcement will be played.
