You can mark groups as VIP groups. You can then specify that a certain number of free agents are always available in this group. 

When calls are made to agents who work in several groups, the system then checks whether they work in a VIP group. If the minimum number of available agents is reached there, these agents are blocked from accepting calls from other groups.

You can specify the minimum number of available agents as an absolute number or as a percentage.

> ⚠️ You can activate the [lock function based on accessibility](https://help.telegra.de/space/TAK/9561218449413/Erreichbarkeit+von+Gruppen+begrenzen) or the VIP function for each group. Both options together cannot be activated.
