## Special feature: The group accessibility

You can control how many calls should go to the group based on the current availability. This can be useful, for example, if the agents in this group make calls for several groups and an equally good reachability in all groups is to be ensured.

If the reachability is exceeded, the group is blocked for the specified time and agents only receive calls from other groups.

If this option is activated, you can determine from which **exceeding of the reachability in %** of all calls to this group no more calls are accepted from this group. These calls are then immediately routed to the next destination defined in the routing plan.

Regardless of whether there are free agents in this group in ONLINE status or not. If the availability falls below the value you specified, this group will receive calls again as usual.

In the example above, the following setting applies:

- If the reachability is above 90% within the last 5 minutes, no calls are placed on the group for 60 seconds and calls are routed directly to the next destination in the routing plan.
- If the reachability falls below 90% in the next 5 minutes, calls are again placed to the group as usual.
