To administer the ACD, you need a valid login number and password. 

The main administrator receives the login data from the telegra Customer Operations Team.

The main administrator can then create any number of additional admins and assign them the appropriate rights.


> ⚠️ Any user, regardless of role, will be locked after 5 failed logins and must be manually unlocked by another admin or by telegra's Customer Operations Team.
