In certain cases, our support team may require a HAR file from you.

To troubleshoot complex issues, our customer support team may need additional information about the network requests generated in your browser when a problem occurs. Therefore, we may ask you to record a HAR file or log of all network requests as the problem occurs.

> ⚠️ Note: HAR files contain sensitive data. This includes cookies and page content that you downloaded during the recording. This means that this HAR file can be used to trace the identity of your account and all the information you sent during the recording (personal data and passwords, etc.).
> ⚠️
> ⚠️ So, if you are unsure, it is best to talk to an IT and/or data protection officer from your company beforehand whether you are allowed to send this file on your own.
