If you receive a call while you do not have the Agent Portal browser window in the foreground, a notification will appear on your desktop alerting you to the incoming call with the following information

- The name and number of the call
- The service number called
- Name of the queue in which the call is held.

To bring the agent portal to the foreground and accept the call, click on the notification.
