In the lower left corner of your screen, the agents and queues of your groups are displayed.

### How to see the status of other agents

- If the agent display is not yet shown, click on the agent icon:

- The logged-in agents of your groups are displayed as icons with their initials. For example:

- Move your mouse over the corresponding agent. The current status of the agent will be displayed. For example:
