In the calls report, you receive information for each individual call. 

To create a calls report, navigate to ***Data → Reports → Call Data Report → Report Subtype: Calls Report***.

Now you can select the desired columns for the desired KPIs. To find the columns faster, a search field is available in the drop-down menu.

Now click on the Generate Report button to display the desired report.

You can now select all rows or one or more rows and export them in CSV format.

If you have selected a relative time, e.g. last month, last week, etc., you can save your selection as a reporting template and create a new job under ***Data → Report Configuration***.

Saved jobs are also always available for ad hoc queries:

### Calls Report - Columns

| Service Number Name | The name of the service number |
| Service Number | The service number |
| Call Start Date | The date when the call started. |
| Call Start Time | The time when the call was connected. |
| Call End Date | The date when the call ended. |
| Call End Time | The time when the connection to the caller was terminated. |
| Call Type | Whether it is an inbound or outbound call. |
| Contact Number | The caller's phone number. If the caller has suppressed his CLI, the number is anonymized in the form of XXXXXXX. |
| Queue | The queue that answered the call. |
| Agent | The agent who handled the call. |
| Call Classification | The call classification assigned to the call. |
| Call Length (S) | The total time (in seconds) that the call was connected to an agent. This does not include the time the caller spent on hold. |
| Call Pre-Queue Time | The total time (in seconds) that the call waited to connect. This includes the time spent in announcement or IVR menus, but not the time spent in a queue. |
| Call Queue Time | The total time (in seconds) that the call has been waiting in a queue. |
| Call Talk Time | The total time (in seconds) that the call has been talking to an agent. This time does not include the time spent waiting in a queue. |
| Call Hold Time | The total time (in seconds) that the call was held. |
| Call Wrap Up Time | The total time (in seconds) that the agent spent completing the call in post-processing. |
| Call Ender | The participant who ended the call. |
| Call ID | A unique identification number (ID) of the call. |
| Call Destinations | All destination numbers that were used when dialing multiple destinations, regardless of whether a connection was established or not. The individual destination numbers are each separated by a comma. If a dial-up was not successful, the reason for the failure is displayed after the destination number. |
| Answer Time (S) | The time when the called party answered the call. |
| Release Cause | The reason for ending the call. |
