Administrators can define custom fields (records) and custom tags that are associated with calls, chats, or emails.

Custom fields can be used, for example, to store industry-specific information for specific customers. These fields can be displayed in the agent portal for agents to view and/or edit. In addition to standard information (e.g., name and address), custom fields can be used to identify a customer in a CRM search.

Custom labels (tags) can also be defined for agents to assign as needed. These custom labels are then displayed in the agent portal (under the contact history for a customer).

Agents can also use custom labels as search criteria when searching for CRM records, for example, if they want to see all records for a specific product.
