In the Administrator Portal, go to ***Email --> Email Server*** and configure the parameters for the email server as follows:

| Servertype | **POP3**<br>- Host: outlook.office365.com
- Port: 995
- TLS: activated<br>**IMAP**<br>- Host: outlook.office365.com
- Port: 993
- TLS: activated<br>**SMTP**<br>- Host: smtp.office365.com
- Port: 587
- TLS: activated |

> ⚠️ **Sending email via SMTP will not work if you try to send email on behalf of another email account, unless the Microsoft account is configured accordingly.**
