### Create and edit campaigns

In the menu bar, click on ***Call Handling → Campaigns***.

This is how you add a campaign:

- Click **Add**. The New Campaign page (Configuration tab) is displayed.
- Enter the name of the campaign (up to 100 characters).
- Optionally, create a short description of the campaign (up to 250 characters).
- Open the Queue drop-down list and select the queue to assign to this campaign (the agent group that handles the campaign's calls). This is the underlying queue for the campaign and determines the phone number that will be used to signal the outgoing calls.
- Set the priority of the outgoing campaign calls (relative to the incoming calls).

> ℹ️ You can set caller priority levels within a call flow so that some calls are handled faster. If campaign calls are assigned to the same queue as incoming calls, you can use this parameter to specify whether they are more or less important than incoming calls.
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ For example, if the Caller Priority parameter for this queue is set to 5 (which applies only to incoming calls), incoming calls will become more important than campaign calls if you set the Campaign Call Priority parameter to 3 (or some other value less than 5). As a result, agents for this queue will only make campaign calls when they have no incoming calls to handle.

> 📝 **Note: **If the Caller Priority parameter for the Join Queue node is set to 0 or not, specify a negative value for the priority to make campaign calls less important than incoming calls.

- If necessary, enter additional information about the campaign in the Notes section that may be useful for the agents.
- To activate the campaign, check the Campaign activated checkbox.
- Under Campaign start and Campaign end, define the fixed period in which the campaign should be started automatically.

- To run the campaign daily at specific times during the campaign period, enter the time period in HH:MM format.
- Click **Add**.

### Adding numbers to a campaign

- To add numbers to be called to the campaign, click the **Campaign Numbers tab**.
- For each number you want to include in this campaign, click Add number, assign the name (if known) and define the number of the destination.
- Click **Add**.

> 📝 You can also import entries for a campaign via CSV file or API.

### Import phone numbers for a campaign

How to import campaign numbers as a CSV file:

> 📝 **Note: **Each row in the CSV file contains its own campaign number. The CSV file contains a list of campaign numbers to be called, and each campaign number has Name, Number, and Notes fields. For example:
> 📝
> 📝 Name, Number, Notes
> 📝 Campaign number 1,01234567891, note 1
> 📝 Campaign number 2,01234567892, note 2
> 📝 Campaign number 3,01800123457, note 3
> 📝
> 📝 In this way, three separate campaign numbers are imported to be dialed.

- To import campaign numbers via a downloadable CSV file template:
  - Click **Download Import Template** to get a sample template for the CSV file to upload.
  - Open the downloaded CSV file template, enter the data (name, number, notes) for the campaign numbers and save the file.
  - Now click **Import**, then specify the appropriate CSV file to be uploaded and open it.

> 📝 **Note: **Upload adds duplicate entries and replaces them (by number). If a duplicate campaign number is added (the same number, but the name and/or notes may be different), the previous campaign number will be replaced.
