Multiple announcements and music can be sequenced in an audio file list. Administrators can define a list of audio files and specify whether they should be played sequentially and/or looped at specific times and whether they can be interrupted, for example, by pressing a key or answering the call.

Audio Playlists are helpful if you as an admin use the section of an announcement over and over again, but parts of the announcement change. For example, if the greeting always remains the same, but the following note is different depending on the service and time.

### Create and edit an Audio Playlist

- Click on Call Handling > Playbooks in the menu bar. A list of already defined audio file lists is displayed.
- This is how you add a new audio file list:
  - Click **Add.** The New Audio File List page is displayed.
  - Enter the name of the audio file list (up to 100 characters).
  - Create a short description of the audio file list (up to 250 characters).
  - To specify that the entire audio file list can be interrupted by pressing a key on the phone (DTMF), check the Interruptible by phone key input checkbox.
  - Click **Add file** and select the first audio file to be played.
  - You can specify whether only a certain audio file can be interrupted by checking the **Interruptible for this audio file checkbox**.
  - Click the Play button to listen to the currently selected audio file.
  - You can also listen to all the files in the audio file list one by one by clicking the Play button at the bottom of the page.
  - Add more audio files to the list in the same way. To change the order of the audio files, move them up or down the list using the arrow buttons.
  - Click the **Add** button.
- To remove an audio file list, select the corresponding audio file list and click **Delete**. Confirm that you want to delete the audio file list.
- To edit an audio file list, select the corresponding audio file list, reconfigure the parameters accordingly, and then click **Save**.
