### Parameters that can be set:

| **Parameter** | **Number?** | **Type** | **Description** |

| Audio To Play | 0 or 1 | AudioFile | The name of the audio file or that should be played.This parameter can be set to *User-configurable.* |
| Play Tone | 1 | Boolean | Whether or not a beep is played after the audio prompt is played (before the voice or DTMF input). (True or false).This parameter can be set to *User-configurable*. |
| End Silence Period | 1 | Integer | The timeout (in seconds) when no language is detected.This parameter can be set to *User-configurable*. |
| Maximum Message Duration | 1 | Integer | The maximum length of the message that can be left (in seconds).This parameter can be set to *User-configurable*. |
| Minimum Message Duration | 1 | Integer | The minimum length of the message that must be left (in seconds). Any message shorter than this value is discarded instead of being saved or delivered. For example, callers who reach the mailbox but hang up shortly after the recording starts without leaving a message are filtered out.This parameter can be set to *User-configurable*. |
| Filename Format | 1 | String | The name and type of the recording file in the format:<br>**<Element>-<Element>-xxxxxxx.wav**<br>Whereby:<br>- <element>-<element>- is a list of (up to) seven elements used to identify the file name. The following elements can be used:
  - date
  - from, to
  - queue
  - company
  - timestamp
  - agent.<br>Each element must be enclosed in an angle bracket < > and separated by a hyphen.<br>Example: **<date>-<queue>**<br>xxxxxxx is text copied verbatim into the file name, e.g. lovelyDay-. Literal text must be separated from other text or elements by a hyphen.<br>Example:  **lovelyDay-<company>**  
.wav specifies the desired file format.<br>An example of a file name format (containing all available elements) could be:<br>**<date>-<from>-<to>-<queue>-lovelyDay-<company>-<timestamp>-<agent>.wav**<br>This setting could result in a file name for the recording, such as:<br>**Thu Dec 21 2021-441134960000-01154960000-Queue 1-lovelyDay-CompanyA-1513857242079-secondAgent@agent.com.wav**<br>This parameter can be set to *User-configurable*.<br>> ℹ️ Note: If no setting is made at the Filename Format parameter, the default filename format default-<date>-<time>.wav is used. |
| Send to CRM | 1 | Boolean | Ob Mailbox-Aufsprachen an die systemeigene CRM-Datenbank gesendet werden sollen oder nicht (True oder False)  
Dieser Parameter kann auf *User-configurable* gesetzt werden. |
| CRM Contact | 0 or 1 | String | The contact name in CRM where all mailbox languages are stored. This name must match the name configured in CRM, case sensitive. This parameter can be set to *User-configurable*. |
| Send via SFTP | 1 | Boolean | Whether call records should be stored in an external sFTP directory via Secure FTP (sFTP) (True or False).This parameter can be set to *User-configurable*. |
| SFTP Destination | 1 | Enum | The sFTP destination on an external platform where the mailbox languages should be stored. This parameter can be set to *User-configurable*. |
| Destination Email Address | 0 oder 1 | String | The e-mail address to which mailbox languages should be sent, in local-part@domain format, e.g. jsmith@example.com.<br>Up to 100 characters can be entered. All Unicode characters are allowed, including spaces and accented letters.<br>This parameter can be set to *User-configurable*. |
