This node marks the end of a call flow in the routing plan. The audio file defined in the node is played to the caller when he is connected to an agent, but the call is initially put on hold in the queue.

No branches are stored for this node. When a caller is connected to an agent, this node is executed.

The following parameters can be set for the node:

| **Parameter** | **Number?** | **Type** | **Description** |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Hold Music | 1 | AudioFile | The name of the audio file to be played to the caller if the agent puts him on hold.<br>**Note:** If required, this parameter can be set to **user configurable** so that it can assume a value configured in advance. |
