Of course, telegra Contact Center supports classic routing by time.

Administrators must have the ***Time Ranges: Modify ***access right to manage time ranges.

Created time intervals can be accessed in the "**Branch on Time Ranges**" node in your routing plans.

To manage time ranges, click ***Staff → Time Ranges*** in the menu bar. A list of already defined time ranges is displayed.

## Adding a new Time Range

This is how you add a new time interval:

- Click **Add**. The "New Time Range" page is displayed:

- Enter the **name** of the time range (up to 100 characters).
- If necessary, create a short description of the time range (up to 250 characters).
- Choose the type of the time range. One of:
  - Relative - the times included in the time range do not refer to the current date. The start and end times are applied to one or more days of the week selected by check boxes.
  - Absolute - The times contained in the time interval refer to the current date. The start and end times are each assigned a date that is entered manually via the calendar.
  - Click** Add**.

> 📝 **Note: **After adding time ranges, you must create a routing plan in the flow editor that uses a "Branch On Time Ranges" node for which you define outputs that use the configured time interval rules.
